Service is looking for an Automotive Mechanic and a Boat Mechanic to join our team on a full-time basis at short notice.

Our established yacht management company has been operating successfully on the island since 1995.

You will be working across Palma and the southwest region of Mallorca, with our workshop located in Son Castelló and our office situated in Calanova.

Residing near Palma is a distinct advantage for this position, although it is not strictly mandatory.

In this role, you can expect a wide range of highly varied activities every single day: * Performing diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on vehicles or boats depending on your area of expertise. * Working on-site across Palma and the southwest coast of Mallorca to service client vessels and equipment. * Collaborating closely with our team to deliver top-tier yacht management services. * Maintaining accurate standards of work while handling tools, vehicles, and equipment with care.

To thrive in this position, you should bring solid technical background and a strong work ethic.

we look for: * Relevant prior knowledge and practical experience as an automotive mechanic or boat mechanic. * A valid driver's license, which is essential for your daily mobile duties. * High reliability, loyalty, and a strong personal drive to deliver accurate, high-quality work. * A well-groomed, neat appearance combined with good manners when interacting with clients and colleagues.
