Day One ELC is seeking a Studying or Diploma Qualified Lead Educator for our Eagleby Centre

The role

The successful candidate will be actively engaged in educating and caring for children under 5 years of age and effectively communicating with children, your team and families. We are seeking educators with a strong passion for the Early Childhood industry.

Selection Criteria

- Studying or Diploma qualification in children services
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
- Current Blue Card
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Prior experience and confidence with leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers
- Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families




- Ability to Implement stimulating programs, and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF
- Ability to observe and record children's learning and contribute to their educational portfolios
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
