Although it is a very modern city, you will still find the old neighborhoods like the Gothic Quarter, where the oldest building in the city is located, and countless bars and stores.

The job

As a Customer Care & Sales Specialist you are theambassador of the brand. You'll be responsible for providing a greatcustomer experience by providing support untilthe sale is finalised. Your daily work includes tasks like these:

- Conduct competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads
- Receive the lead from the marketing team
- Ensure thatpre-sales processes run smoothly and give a positive experience to the future client
- Handle the sales processes and focus on giving the client a positive experience

Your qualifications

You speak Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

Experiencein presales, sales, and customer service in a multi-channel environment

You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail and focus onsales affinity.

You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
