Key Responsibilities * Sell Tradie

Pass to construction companies, subcontractors, tradies and training providers across Australia * Manage your sales pipeline and activity through Hub





Spot CRM * Generate current leads and follow up with inbound enquiries * Deliver product demos and close deals * Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide client feedback and improve sales assets * Help onboard and support new customers during their first few months * Attend events, site visits, or in‑person client meetings Requirements * Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech * Experience working in or selling into the construction industry * Hub

Spot CRM experience is essential * Good knowledge of Construction Health and Safety * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline * Highly motivated and target‑driven with a self‑starter mindset * Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced startup environment * Experience with construction safety, training, or compliance * Existing network of construction companies or training providers * Background in recruitment, trades, or construction tech What We Offer * Competitive base salary + commissions * Versátil work – remote or hybrid * Opportunity to work w #J-18808-Ljbffr
