Operations Manager – Spain (M/F/X) Barcelona, Spain Lead the Future of Helicopter Emergency Medical Services with SAF Helicópteros España SAF Helicópteros España, part of the international SAF Aerogroup, is expanding its operations in Spain and is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the deployment of one of the country's most significant HEMS (Helicopter Emergency Medical Services) contracts.

Your Mission As Operations Manager, you will lead the implementation and operational management of our HEMS activities across Catalonia and Navarra, ensuring the successful launch of multiple operational bases while driving future business growth throughout Spain.

What You'll Do * Lead the operational deployment of five HEMS bases across Spain * Ensure compliance with EASA and contractual requirements * Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Maintenance, Safety, HR, Quality, and Supply Chain * Build strong relationships with public authorities, healthcare institutions,
