Novartis Key Accountabilities: Platform Strategy & Enterprise Leadership * Define and drive the strategic direction of Ask

Novartis from MVP through enterprise-scale deployment. * Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization across domains, ensuring focus on high-value employee journeys. * Ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term digital strategy.

Enterprise Program Delivery & Governance * Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-year program across multiple domains and delivery teams. * Establish and run robust governance structures, including decision forums, escalation paths, and performance management. * Ensure transparency on risks, dependencies, financials, and progress to senior leadership.





Stakeholder Management & Alignment * Act as the primary interface to senior stakeholders across DD⁢, P&O;, and Corporate Functions. * Drive alignment, decision-making, and prioritization across competing needs and agendas. * Build trust and credibility as a senior partner to business and technology leadership. * Drive transformation of services through automation, simplification, and improved user experience. * Ensure measurable business value delivery, including efficiency gains, experience improvements, and reduced operational complexity. * Embed value tracking and benefit realization into program execution.

Cross-functional Orchestration & Scaling * Coordinate execution across internal teams and external partners. * Manage complex interdependencies across platforms (e.g., service management, HR systems, AI platforms). * Ensure scalable operating model and consistent execution as the platform expands across domains.
