* Supports the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers. * Prepares / supports in the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives. * Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization. * Performs lost proposal analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales team/local business to obtain better future results. * Defines cost for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organization.

Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronical or Mechanical Engineering. * Previous experience not required (but must be a graduate profile). * Microsoft 365 and Power BI knowledge will be valuable. * Team oriented mindset, resilient and accountable. * Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement.



* Fluent in English and Spanish.
