Your roleAs a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our guests, ensuring a highly personalized and memorable stay. You will focus on guest satisfaction, loyalty, and emotional connection, elevating every touchpoint of the guest journey.
What you will do
Create meaningful connections with guests throughout their stay.
Ensure personalized experiences by understanding guest preferences and needs.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
Anticipate guest expectations and exceed them with thoughtful service.
Coordinate with all departments to deliver seamless and consistent experiences.
Support VIP guests, repeat clients, and special occasions.
Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
Maintain and update guest profiles and preferences.
Act as a key point of contact for high-level guest interactions.
Promote loyalty and enhance the overall guest journey.
Who we’re looking for
Passionate about guest experience and relationship building.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proactive and service-driven mindset.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of luxury hospitality service standards.
Experience handling guest feedback and resolving issues.
Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
Valid EU / Ibiza work permit.
