Amazon is seeking Site Process Engineers to work in the EUCF Process Engineering (EUCF PE) team. The Site Process Engineer is an onsite position and will be based in ZAZ8. In this role the engineer works closely with the FC Senior Leadership Team, collaborates with EUCF PE functions, and oversees the implementation of EU‑wide improvement activities. Responsibilities include ownership of initiatives, detailed understanding of processes, and influence to drive tangible productivity and efficiency gains across the fulfillment center.
The Site Process Engineer will routinely deploy improvement initiatives, build relationships, and maintain compliance with timelines.
Key Job Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing bottom 50% processes, comparing against EU FC benchmarks, and implementing improvement plans with Operations Management.
Oversee FC improvement programs, conduct deep‑dive analysis of process performance, and manage action plans while collaborating with central PE functions and regional Site PEs for best practices and variation reduction.
Drive network best‑practice implementation, strengthen innovation frameworks, and secure submission of significant projects (>

$10M savings) through the OP1 Project Intake.
Own the deployment of EU network initiatives, support tests and pilots, and ensure timely execution and compliance.
Maintain partnership with FC Operations through daily Gemba walks, weekly Leadership Steering Committee meetings, and building strong relationships with Site Leaders and Senior Management.
Provide limited (≤10 %) support for process‑related ad‑hoc tasks and may lead expanded EU projects across multiple fulfillment centers.
During Q4 integrate with the site management operational team;

travel 0‑10 % as required.
About the TeamThe EUCF PE team leads process stabilization, standardization, and continuous improvement across the EU Customer Fulfillment Network.



They establish best‑in‑class performance standards, implement technological advancements, and enhance operational leaders' technical knowledge. The team equips operations with the expertise required to deliver technology and process improvements while reducing performance variation between shifts, buildings, and regions. Working collaboratively with Central Teams, they prioritize resources to improve process metrics across all paths.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or process improvement.
Experience with data analysis and metrics tracking.
Project management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies.
Ability to travel 0‑10 % within the region.
Flexibility to work in shifts when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
5+ years in operations management or process engineering.
Experience in warehouse/fulfillment operations.
Leadership experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Advanced data analysis tools knowledge.
Experience with Lean methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management abilities.
Experience influencing without direct authority.
Track record of leading cross‑functional projects.
Experience in continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience with process documentation and standardization.
