Manage second-level application supportCreate and monitor support requests with our ticketing toolFilter and fix issues and elevate if necessaryEnsure communication with our development teams in EuropeInvestigate logs/traces on Microsoft systemsSupport the integration of our solution in various industries and customersQualifications:
3+ years in a Software or IT environmentGood SQL language knowledge (queries, etc.)Basic SQL Server and IIS knowledgeGood understanding of network protocols (TCP/UDP)Good knowledge of the Windows environment, including Windows ServerCustomer-oriented, solution-oriented,analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skillsWillingness to travel from time to timeVery good English level (spoken and written)Can't cover everything?
