We are looking for an experienced
Application Operations Manager
with a strong background in
Azure Cloud, DevOps, and application operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of critical enterprise applications while leading cloud migration and platform modernization initiatives.You will work closely with development, infrastructure, and platform teams, helping drive Azure adoption, DevOps best practices, and cloud-native application delivery across a integral environment.Own the end-to-end operation of enterprise applications, ensuring SLA compliance and service reliability.Act as the primary point of contact for Operations, Support, Maintenance, and service lifecycle management.Lead the re-platforming and migration of applications to
Microsoft Azure, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards.Ensure cloud solutions follow
secure-by-design
principles and corporate governance policies.Collaborate with development teams to promote DevOps best practices and cloud-native development.Support the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.Improve developer experience by creating reusable templates, technical documentation,



and training materials.Drive automation initiatives to improve deployment efficiency and operational excellence.Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve platform adoption and operational processes.Participate in Agile delivery teams and contribute to technical planning and solution design.Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across the application lifecycle.Strong hands-on experience with
Microsoft Azure
and its core cloud services.Proven experience migrating enterprise applications to cloud environments.Solid understanding of
DevOps methodologies, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native architectures.Experience working in Agile environments.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience collaborating with development teams and driving technical enablement.Spanish and/or German are considered a plus.Programming experience in
Java
or
.NET (C#) .Scripting with
PowerShell ,
Bash, or
Python
(nice to have).CI/CD tools such as
GitLab ,
Jenkins ,
Azure DevOps, or similar.Container technologies including
Docker ,
Kubernetes, and
Helm .Experience with
Oracle ,
PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.Monitoring and observability tools such as
