Objetivo do Cargo (Role) 1) Responsible for part of the SKU’s manufactured at Buenos Aires Site, also sharing some core activities with his peers in Engineering, Supply, Quality and EHS on all day-to-day activities related to the production area (like dispensing, line balances, SOP execution, IMEX (Integrated Manufacturing Excellence culture & program), Budget efforts, Infrastructure Projects, etc )2) Will interact and providing support whenever necessary (and also work jointly with) to the Pfizer’s South America Cluster manufacturing operation, which includes a second manufacturing Site unit located in São Paulo area (Itapevi city) in Brazil.3)



The professional will provide support to continuous improvement projects in all areas (including Operation redesign to address lower volume absorption threshold) and provide suitable training on problem resolution methodology and process improvements;
and manage the Site’s KPI’s.4) Also will be currently responsible for the small Technical Services team & Troubleshooting Pilot Plant. Will coordinate all activities related to troubleshooting for product deviations studies related to API/raw materials, reformulations. Also will provide support to other areas related to product optimization and process robustness;
