Join us as Customer Success Manager
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to build Lexroom's Spanish customer base from the ground up. You will be the first dedicated CS hire for the Spanish market, owning the full portfolio of Spanish customers end to end. The product already won in Italy, with the numbers to prove it. Spain is next, and you own it.
Your key responsibilities
Own the full Spanish customer portfolio from handover to renewal, with a clear goal: keep every customer (retention first) and grow each
