We are looking for a Sales Assistant, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. As a member of DOGA's Sales Team,



you will support the department's operations and contribute to customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.
ESSENTIAL TASKS Provide first-level support to customers and prospects by registering and redirecting inquiries or complaints.
Manage customer orders:
Maintain and update customer databases and price lists.
Review orders and ensure accurate data entry.
Serve as a point of contact for external customers and DOGA subsidiaries:
Respond to inquiries, process quote requests, and provide basic technical information.
