Main Responsibilities:




As a JUNIOR TALENT ACQUISITION, with the support of our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will deliver end-to-end recruitment service through all the regional areas, while meeting hiring goals and delivering exceptional internal and external client service satisfaction. This includes sourcing, screening, coordinating, and conducting interviews, preparing offer letters, and negotiating offers.
The main responsibilities and tasks will include:
Communication with management for the definition of the profile.
Write, publish, and share job vacancies.
Find, identify, and attract candidates through specialized channels.
Present and communicate to the candidates all the information related to the position and interviews.
Coordination and management of agendas, interviews, feedback, etc.
Monitoring of applications and selection processes and personality test assessments.
Design, development, and presentation of selection report to the Hiring Managers, through internal CRM.
Investigate and implement new sourcing & recruiting strategies.
Investigate and be updated in the real estate sector.
Work closely with the HR Team to constantly make recommendations for process refinement.
Promote the organization’s referral program.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Manager
Requirements
Experience in a consultancy recruitment agency will be a plus.
Previus experience (6 months to 1 year in Recruitment)
Fluent in English and Spanish .
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral,



and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with great attention to detail and a desire to learn.
Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Recruitment CRM, etc.
A genuine interest in understanding people’s motivators and what opportunities are best suited to their skills.
Exceptional customer service focus, high-energy, articulate, and friendly personality.
Excellent technical skills including Microsoft Office.
Driven by results. Passionate about continuously completing tasks with a methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure and deliver service excellence.
