About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on and technically skilled After-Sales Engineer to join our team in Spain. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing top-tier technical support, troubleshooting, and training for our cutting-edge LED display solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Support & Repair: Handle online and on-site troubleshooting for LED displays. Conduct RMA repairs at our Spanish office and resolve quality issues reported by customers.
Project Execution: Perform on-site surveys, prepare installation quotes, and manage the full installation, debugging, and final delivery of projects.
Training & Demos: Provide technical training to partners and clients on installation and troubleshooting. Maintain showroom samples and set up demo screens for client presentations.
