We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven IT Business Developer to lead the expansion of our business in the Portuguese IT market. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth by promoting our IT recruitment and consulting services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for opening new accounts, managing the full sales cycle, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and becoming the company's reference point for the Portuguese market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the commercial strategy to expand the company's presence in Portugal.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the Portuguese IT sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, IT Managers, Engineering Managers, and C-Level executives.
Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual and on-site) to understand business needs and present tailored IT staffing and consulting solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle,



from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and market research.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Collaborate closely with Recruitment and Delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and high client satisfaction.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within Portugal.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
