Business Analyst - Camunda 8 Process Orchestration
Contract Type: 1 year Contract + Extension
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Camunda 8 Process Orchestration to join a leading banking organisation in Spain.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand financial instruments and their associated operational processes.
Analyse, document, and refine business requirements, epics, and user stories.
Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to define and deliver business solutions.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, end users, sponsors, and technical teams.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements.
Produce and maintain high-quality documentation using Confluence.
Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of new features and functionality.
Define and analyse data mappings between systems.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)



activities through detailed process and data analysis.
Investigate and support the resolution of production issues and functional defects.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product roadmap activities.
Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support backlog prioritisation while balancing stakeholder and business requirements.
Minimum 4 years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial instruments and related business processes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
Ability to gather, analyse, and document complex business requirements.
