Shared Service Center IT Division in Madrid, Spain, is looking for an expert in SAP MM to join our growing team as a:
This is a hybrid role with a requirement to work onsite (Work from Office) 2 days per week.
The Solution Manager supports the Product Owner in the development and operation Planning and execution related products. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and operational support to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business needs. The Solution Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement product features, resolve incidents, and maintain system integrity.
Your Responsibilities:
Supports the design, build, and operation of the following products under the guidance of the Product Owner
Triumph Planning and execution related applications (e.G. SAP MM, Vendor Portal, etc.)
Responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP MM processes. The role focuses on purchasing, procurement, inventory management, materials planning, vendor management and integration with other SAP modules such as PP or WM/EWM, as well as SD and FI
Technical capabilities: analyze and debug ABAP developments, prepare functional and technical specifications, troubleshoot interfaces, and contribute to enhancements involving BAdIs, User Exits, IDocs and Fiori applications
Defining and refining product features in collaboration with business stakeholders and product teams under strategic guidance of the product owner
Coordinate and support incident management activities, including resolution tracking and communication with users
Support the execution of product development tasks and ensure timely delivery of assigned work packages
Facilitate communication between involved stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of planning and execution applications
Ensure accurate and timely provision of data for analytics and reporting purposes
Monitor product performance metrics and support the Product Owner in tracking successful indicators
Identify and elevate risks and issues to the Product Owner and assist in mitigation planning
Promote continuous improvement by gathering feedback and suggesting enhancements
Coordinate with external partners and support resource planning for operational activities
Provide user support and contribute to training initiatives for new functionalities
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in daily operations
Support release planning and participate in testing and validation of new deployments
Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and document implementation progress
Your ideal profile:
3+ years Minimum experience in SAP MM implementations. Related SAP areas PP, WM/EWM is an advantage
Expertise in working in complex manufacturing and supply chain projects
Functional Expertise: Deep understanding of purchasing and procurement processes, including MRP and planning strategies, raw material availability check, inventory management and integration to other modules and systems (PP, WM, EWM, SD, FI/CO)
Able to analyze and debug ABAP developments, prepare functional and technical specifications, troubleshoot interfaces, and contribute to enhancements involving BAdIs, User Exits, IDocs and Fiori applications
Proficient in business process mapping, configuration, and user training
Communication and Project delivery: ability to engage with stakeholders, conduct workshops for requirement analysis, draft functional specifications, customizing setup, IT module testing, support user acceptance testing, go-live and hyper care phases
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent MS Office skills
Ability for project-related and global travel
