We are looking for a Business Consultant with experience in project management, coordinating both business and technology needs, ensuring strategic alignment and the successful delivery of our initiatives.
Your Impact You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects, facilitating communication between IT and business sponsors, and presenting updates to senior leadership. Your focus will extend beyond technology, ensuring that projects deliver tangible value and measurable impact to the organization.
Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact between IT and business teams, ensuring effective communication and strategic alignment.
Lead the project initiation and budgeting process.
Assess and ensure the value delivered by projects, analyzing their impact on the organization.
Participate in and support a large multidisciplinary team, mentoring more junior professionals to meet client needs.
Present project status and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring strategic objectives are met.
Facilitate collaboration across teams,



ensuring value is delivered at every stage of the project lifecycle.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
What We Are Looking For 1–5 years of experience in consulting, preferably in the management of complex IT-related projects.
Experience in projects that involve not only technological aspects but also business impact assessment and value creation.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership and project sponsors.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in public speaking.
An agile and proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
Understanding of financial processes and concepts.
Experience managing approval, validation, and onboarding processes for new technology demands.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
