Main Purpose of the Customer Development Manager
The Customer Development Manager will drive new business development and expand existing accounts across the businesses full product portfolio, including tyres, chemicals, and lubricants. This role requires a proactive, commercially focused approach to identifying opportunities, increasing share of wallet,



and building long-term relationships with airlines, MROs, OEMs, and resellers.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Development Manager;
Promote and positionthe full product portfolio, clearly communicating value propositions tailored to each customer’s operations.
Drive cross-selling by expanding tyres-only customers into chemicals and lubricants, and vice versa, to increase portfolio penetration.
Proactively gather information about new contract opportunities, potential and the likelihood of conversion to the businesses represented brands, competition and knowledge sharing with internal contacts
Identify new business opportunities within new and existing accounts, and develop structured
