TAX Manager Main Role As part of our continued growth and international expansion, we are looking for a Tax Manager to join our Legal team within Finance. In this role, you will support the company's integral tax operations by coordinating with local and international tax advisors, contributing to M&A; and corporate restructuring projects, advising internal stakeholders on the tax implications of new business initiatives, and supporting tax audits in Spain and across multiple jurisdictions. You will play a key role in ensuring tax compliance while helping the business grow in a dynamic international environment.
Main responsibilities 1. Tax Compliance in Spain
Review VAT returns (monthly/quarterly), SII reporting, and related informative filings.
Manage other applicable indirect taxes (e.G.,
