The role The Finance Manager will build the operational and financial foundations to support Shalion's growth from €10M to €30M ARR,



leading the Accounting & Admin team (2 FTEs). Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a hybrid role: strategic builder (new processes, systems, and team structure) and rigorous operator (month‑end close ownership and administrative housekeeping).
You will partner closely with HR and external tax and legal advisors to ensure flawless execution and compliance across our entities in Spain and the US.
Your Responsibilities Financial Operations & Close Own all accounting operations: AP, AR, billing, and General Ledger.
Ensure accurate monthly and year‑end close, preparing P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
