Responsibilities Own the SAP platform roadmap across all modules and workstreams Manage the end-to-end change request (CR) pipeline Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP across the business Facilitate release planning and go-live coordination across workstreams Identify and drive quick-win automation opportunities Own the SAP BTP layer Manage the SAP-side configuration of connections to Salesforce, Workday, One Stream, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Oversee e-invoicing compliance across multiple countries Perform root-cause analysis on SAP integration incidents and lead resolution Act as the primary commercial and delivery interface with external SAP vendors Ensure every open CR has a named owner Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and sequencing Contribute to IT cost visibility for SAP-related spend Support audit, GDPR, and ISO 27001 compliance requirements related to the SAP platform Requirements 5+ years of experience in SAP programme management, platform ownership, or technical administration Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration,



or a related field SAP certification (e.G. SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP BTP Integration Suite) is preferred Proven track record managing SAP BTP integrations, including i Flow configuration, certificate lifecycle, and incident response Experience working with and governing external SAP development vendors Familiarity with adjacent enterprise systems (Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, One Stream) at an integration-awareness level Background in multi-country SAP e-invoicing compliance is strongly preferred Experience in fast-paced, multi-entity international environments is an advantage Fluent in English;
additional languages are an advantage. Demonstrates expertise in SAP platform management, including SAP BTP integrations and compliance with e-invoicing regulations across multiple countries.
