We’re looking for someone who loves making operations run smooth. You’ll own the day-to-day of our last-mile delivery network keeping it stable and robust. If you like seeing your work turn into real parcels delivered on time, this is for you.What you’ll do∙ Keep the routing engine humming: postcode assignments, service level, coverage rules∙ Spot hub saturation before it becomes a problem∙ Support new hub and sub-hub launches from zero to live∙ Jump on incidents fast and fix them with the ops and tech teams∙ Own the data that keeps the network honest: service files, dashboards, service level tracking∙ Work side by side with hub managers, 3 PL partners and cross-functional teamsWhat you bring∙ 3+ years in logistics, operations,
