Get design into strategic conversations early. Create career frameworks that show people a future. Coach the team on modern practice including AI-augmented design tools. Build the design operations infrastructure that makes 40 people effective at scale: tools, workflows, research ops, systems that let designers spend time designing instead of fighting process. Requirements Más de 12+ años de experiencia en diseño. 5+ años liderando equipos de 20+ personas. Fluent in AI-powered design tools and can coach others. Experiencia con plataformas o mercados, habiendo liderado el diseño a través de la transformación organizacional. Fluidez en español e inglés.
