Novastone Capital Advisors is seeking a motivated, aspirational senior professional to partner with us to search, acquire, and lead a small or medium-sized enterprise as Chief Executive Officer in Spain.
You will spearhead a 24-month search, work with our Investment Management team, and assume the CEO role of the acquired company, with meaningful equity upside and support from NCA. Strong leadership, MBA level credentials, and fluency in English and Spanish are required.
