Role Overview:

At Capgemini Invent, we are expanding our AI team in Madrid and looking for someone with AI Architecture & Delivery experience and a passion for working closely with the business: understanding real problems, proposing solutions, and seeing them implemented.

A Director at Capgemini Invent builds strategic, long‑term accounts to manage and develop the business within those clients. In addition to the sales and business development responsibilities, Directors are also expected to lead programs and multi‑workstream engagements, and be highly‑involved in practice leadership, driving thought and solution development, overseeing internal activities and acting as an executive‑level representative of Capgemini Invent.

Your main responsibilities will include:





- Designing scalable architectures for AI systems and autonomous agents.
- Defining standards and best practices for AI solution development.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI into business processes.
- Evaluating new technologies and frameworks related to Agentic AI.
- Ensuring security, ethics, and regulatory compliance in AI solutions.

Requirements:
- Over 10–12 years of experience working on Consulting / AI / GenAI projects.
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in AI architectures and autonomous agent development.
- Knowledge of LLMs, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Transformers, Google Vertex AI, and similar tools.
- Skills in designing distributed systems and scalability.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management.

Location : Madrid or Barcelona
