We are looking for a Java Backend Engineer to join their Digital Hub, a startup-cultured unit within this billion-dollar corporation, developing highly specialized Smart Engineering Tools for product selection and simulation in industrial automation.
Responsibilities
- Design technical solutions by translating business needs into effective software blueprints.
- Develop a deep understanding of the pneumatic automation product portfolio and its factory automation applications.
- Write, test, and maintain backend code in Java, ensuring robust and scalable solutions for product selection and simulation.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Support and collaborate with an agile team.
- Coordinate and align requirements with business units and internal stakeholders.

Requisitos básicos
- Degree in Information Technology.
- 4 years of practical experience coding backends with Java and Spring Boot.
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
- Independent and structured way of working, with holistic thinking.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Spanish language skills are valued but not required.
- Project experience with modern frontend frameworks is a plus.
