Troubleshoot automatic systemsDisassemble and reassemble Autostore robots, components, and peripheral equipment to make needed repairs and preventive maintenancePerform preventive or corrective maintenance on robotic systems or componentsCreate and maintain operational service records of Autostore robotic equipmentInstall, program and repair programmable controllers, robot controllers, conveyors and related equipmentDocument automatic systems test procedures and results.
Prepare Standard Operating Procedures and documents relatedMaintain inventories and traceability of automatics systems supplies such as sensors and cablesEnsure the optimal state of the facilities as well as follow the procedures for order, cleanliness and 5SManage external suppliers (e.G.
fire protection systems, electrical installations, forklifts, loading docks, lightning protection),



ensuring compliance with service contracts and identifying new suppliers where necessaryCreate, update and ensure full compliance with the overall maintenance plan, coordinating effectively with external service providersCollaborate on continuous improvement projects within warehouse operations, including prototype development and ergonomic optimisation of workstationsNecessary skills and qualificatioCFGS/ FP in a relevant field, ideally Mechatronics or RoboticExcellent communication skills with medium-high level B2 English and Spanish (verbal and written).
