Responsibilities

- Welcoming and attending to members of the public with a helpful and professional attitude.
- Managing incoming calls, operating the switchboard, and directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts.
- Carrying out general administrative duties to support front-office functionality.
- Assisting visitors and clients effectively across multiple languages.

Criteria

- Education: You hold a Baccalaureate diploma (Batxillerat)



or higher educational qualifications.
- Work Experience: You have a minimum of 12 months of experience in customer service or public-facing roles.
- Language Skills: Advanced level in Catalan and English, as well as fluent mastery of Spanish, allowing you to communicate easily with both local residents and international visitors.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and a reliable work ethic.

Offer Details

- Contract Type: Permanent contract (Indefinit).
- Salary: 1,250 EUR gross per month.
- Working Hours: Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, alongside alternating Saturdays from 9:45 AM to 1:15 PM.
