Responsibilities

- Accurate collection of data from various sources and entry in CRM system
- Data to day administration tasks including data entry
- Monitoring of progress to ensure meeting of daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Support the team with answering data queries and updating records as required
- Performing other appropriate duties as required by Unison Site Management to facilitate the changing demands

Requirements

- A degree in a relevant discipline would be great but not essential.
- Detail conscious, concerned for accuracy
- Intermediate working knowledge of excel
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to organize own workload and achieve deadlines
- Comfortable working alone as well as part of a team
- Demonstratable professional approach and positive attitude, with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively balance speaking in Spanish and in English.
