Are you an experienced mason looking for a reliable, long-term construction job in Mallorca? A local construction company based in Felanitx is expanding its team and currently seeking two qualified First-Class Masons to join their ongoing building projects. This is a great opportunity to apply your technical skills, work on solid structural building assignments, and secure a stable position in one of Mallorca’s traditional towns in the southeast of the island.

In this role, you will play a central part in executing essential building tasks with high precision and craftsmanship. Your daily duties will include:

- Executing general masonry work, including precise bricklaying, block laying, and concrete placement.
- Constructing internal and external walls, retaining structures, and partition barriers using a variety of construction materials such as brick, concrete blocks, and poured concrete.
- Carrying out critical foundation work and setting structural bases according to specified technical parameters.
- Reading, interpreting, and correctly executing technical instructions, plans, and blueprints provided directly by the site supervisor or project manager.
- Maintaining clean, organized work areas and strict adherence to safety guidelines throughout every stage of the project.

To excel in this position,



you need to possess solid practical experience and a reliable professional attitude. The requirements for this role are:

- At least 24 months (2 years) of verified work experience in general masonry and building construction.
- Solid practical knowledge of materials, concrete application, wall erection, and structural bricklaying.
- The ability to read technical drawings and accurately implement site directions given by supervisors.
- High level of reliability, team orientation, and standard building site safety awareness.
