Are you an experienced construction worker looking for a solid employment opportunity on Mallorca? A local construction company is seeking two motivated 2nd Class Construction Workers to join their project team in the northern part of the island. In this position, you will work on projects located primarily in Port de Pollença, with occasional work trips to other construction sites across Mallorca.

Responsibilities

- Executing fundamental masonry tasks, such as raising simple partition walls made of bricks or concrete blocks and placing pre-frames correctly.
- Laying pavements, installing basic wall coverings, completing tiling, and laying flooring on regular surfaces or shared common areas.
- Assisting with the assembly and installation of roofs, roof structures, or formwork systems.
- Performing plastering work, finishing touches, and repairing imperfections in plaster or mortar.
- Maintaining and setting up the hand tools and light equipment needed for your day-to-day trade.

Requirements

- At least 12 months (1 year) of practical work experience in construction or masonry.
- A valid Class A driving license.




- Your own vehicle or personal means of transport to reach the job sites directly in Pollença and surrounding areas.
- Readiness to follow directions from project supervisors attentively.
- No formal academic qualifications are required for this role.

What the position offers

- A permanent full-time employment contract.
- Regular working hours from Monday to Friday, working from 8:00 to 16:00.
- A gross annual salary of €23,092.85 based on the collective agreement, including extra payments.
- Primary work location based in Port de Pollença, with occasional travel across Mallorca.
- Planned start date on July 1, 2026.
