Fever for Business (F4B) – Role Overview

Support the F4B Sales Strategy & Operations team in improving commercial performance through data analysis, reporting, process execution, and operational support. This role is designed for someone with strong analytical potential who is eager to learn how a high-growth commercial organization operates and scales.

What You’ll Do

- Support the preparation and maintenance of sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Assist with CRM data management, ensuring data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Help analyze sales performance, pipeline metrics, and commercial KPIs.
- Support forecasting, territory planning, and account allocation exercises.
- Assist in documenting and improving sales processes and operational workflows.
- Prepare analyses, presentations, and materials for internal business reviews.
- Help automate recurring operational tasks using spreadsheets, AI tools, or no‑code solutions.
- Conduct research and benchmark analyses to support strategic initiatives.

Who You Are

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau) is a plus,



but not required.
- Interest in data analysis, business operations, and commercial strategy.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present information clearly.
- Demonstrated curiosity, ownership, and a proactive attitude in solving problems.
- Interest in technology, startups, and scaling commercial organizations.
