Requirements

- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a people-focused approach.
- Ability to quickly build trust and understand customer needs.
- Native-level proficiency in Flemish and English.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems.
- Someone who enjoys helping customers rather than pushing for a sale.
- Ability to work adaptable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, due to the dynamic nature of customer needs.
