Key Responsibilities

- Food Preparation (Mise en Place): Assist with preliminary food preparation, including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
- Basic Culinary Support: Prepare simple dishes, salads, and desserts, and assist at the stove or grill area under supervisor guidance.
- Hygiene & Sanitation:



Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, machinery, and work surfaces in compliance with health standards.
- Order Reception: Collaborate in receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming inventory orders.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Previous experience as a kitchen assistant, preferably in high-volume or fast-paced hospitality environments.
- Languages: Native or fluent Spanish language skills.
- Uniform & Equipment: Must possess appropriate kitchen attire and approved non-slip safety footwear.
- Attributes: Punctual, committed, organized, with a positive attitude when working under pressure.
