Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Shift Supervisor for our Arroyo Enmedio restaurant in Estepona. You will oversee daily operations, guide team performance, handle register cash control, and ensure every guest receives an outstanding dining experience across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Supervision: Manage team shifts, assign tasks, and oversee daily operations to ensure sales goals are met.
- Customer Service & Checkout: Assist guests, resolve inquiries, and handle point-of-sale (POS) cash transactions.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, food hygiene, temperature logs, product expiration dates, and cleanliness protocols.
- Order Preparation: Prepare orders for all sales channels, including dining room, take-away, and delivery.




- Inventory Control: Assist with stock control, inventory counts, and restocking the establishment.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Proven experience as a supervisor, ideally within the restaurant or fast-food sector.
- Education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent.
- Languages: Native or fluent Spanish language skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS/cashier systems and basic office automation software (Microsoft Office) is valued.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, teamwork, passion for customer service, high energy, and eagerness to learn.
- Availability & Location: Full availability for rotating shifts and ability to commute to the Arroyo Enmedio restaurant in Estepona.
