From Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, as Controlling Intern

Main Responsibilities

- Support budget monitoring and variance analysis
- Assist in the preparation of analyses comparing budget vs. actuals (revenues and costs).
- Help identify deviations and support the team in understanding key drivers.

- Assist in KPI tracking and reporting

- Contribute to the preparation and updating of financial and operational KPIs.
- Support the development of simple dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.

- Contribute to budget control processes

- Support the tracking of budget availability for cost centres and internal orders.
- Assist in monitoring spending against approved budgets.





- Data validation and financial accuracy

- Help review the consistency of financial data and support correct allocation of costs and revenues.
- Collaborate in identifying discrepancies and escalating issues where needed.

- Support monthly closing activities

- Assist in gathering information from different departments for monthly closing and reporting.
- Ensure timely data consolidation under supervision.

- Cross-functional collaboration

- Work with different departments to collect relevant financial information.
- Provide basic support in resolving doubts related to budget tracking and cost allocation.

- Process and systems support

- Assist in reporting issues to Information Systems and follow up on resolutions.
- Participate in testing or supporting small improvements in controlling tools or reports.

Minimum Requirements

Academic Background

- Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar. Master degree is a plus.
- High level of English and Spanish (at leat C1).

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical skills.
- Be able to interpret data effectively.
- Proactivity.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Teamwork.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.

Specific tools

- SAP and/or MRP knowledge is desired but not mandatory.
