Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients (CROs, Pharmas, and Biotechs).
- Prepare and negotiate budgets for clinical trial services.
- Follow up on quotes presented during the negotiation process.
- Ensure and manage the pipeline of opportunities.
- Oversee document management (CDAs and MSAs).
- Represent the company at national and international events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as PMs, Supply Chain, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in business development within a company offering services or B2B, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry—specifically in clinical supplies for a clinical trial environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional ability to deliver customer service to the highest standards of quality and excellence.
- Strong client-building and third-party relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English— the hiring process will be conducted in this language.
