Responsibilities

- Support transaction management activities across energy trading operations, ensuring accurate deal entry, validation, settlement, and confirmations.
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Risk, Accounting, Logistics, and IT teams to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient issue resolution.
- Monitor and improve operational processes, internal controls, and quality standards across Transaction Management activities.
- Manage and resolve operational inquiries through shared mailboxes and JIRA while acting as a key contact for trading desks.
- Contribute to IT and process improvement projects, including system enhancements, new market integrations, and operational optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards, and internal control processes across trading operations.

Requirements





- Experience in energy trading operations, transaction management, or back-office activities within the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of energy and financial markets, trading products, settlements, and operational risk management.
- Confident communication skills in English (C1/C2); ideally, you also speak additional European languages.
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and process optimization skills.
- Good project management and IT skills, ideally with experience working with ETRM and SAP systems.
- Open to innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration in a fast-changing environment.
