Technical Product Specialist – Fire Detection Systems

To apply for this position you must have at least 4 years of experience with fire detection products/systems.

Main Mission:

- Join an international industrial group specializing in safety and protection solutions and play a key role in supporting the growth of its Fire Detection & Control Systems business across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 2 technical support for detection and control systems to customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Support sales activities with technical expertise, solution design, and product recommendations.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical training to customers and colleagues.
- Assist consultants, integrators, and end users in selecting and specifying appropriate solutions.
- Gather market and customer feedback to support product enhancements and future developments.




- Contribute to certification, compliance, and local approval activities where required.

Profile:

- Strong technical knowledge of fire detection, alarm, or control systems.
- Experience in technical support, product training, or application engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in an international environment.
