In this role you will strengthen the CAR‑T digital platform across EMEA, shaping how data and workflows support life‑saving therapies. You will design and deliver end‑to‑end data orchestration, integrations, and agentic AI‑powered automation, collaborating with local teams and cross‑functional stakeholders. You’ll translate business needs into technical designs, ensure SDLC compliance, and contribute to country launches and platform rollouts. This is a hands‑on engineering role with meaningful impact on patient care and healthcare innovation.

Compensations / Ventajas

- Design and lead master data orchestration and end‑to‑end data flows across the platform
- Build and deploy agentic AI workflows to automate data orchestration and platform processes
- Translate business requirements into user stories, technical designs, and acceptance criteria
- Develop, configure, and maintain business process flows in orchestration tools; hands‑on implementation of MD solutions
- Design APIs and integrations between platform components and external systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across integrations, data flows, environments, and configurations
- Guide local country teams through platform setup, localization, and launch activities




- Document business processes and technical architecture for development and support teams
- Coordinate with agile squads and stakeholders to track deliverables and dependencies
- Maintain SDLC documentation, configurations, test scripts, and code repositories

Responsibilities

- Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
- 3‑5 years of software engineering/development experience
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Hands‑on software development experience (coding, scripting, API development)
- Experience building agentic AI / GenAI solutions and integrating LLMs into applications
- Ability to translate business needs into technical designs and working code
- Experience in cross‑functional, self‑organized agile teams
- Strong end‑to‑end business process mapping and analytical mindset
- APIs and integrations design experience
- Strong problem‑solving and technical judgment
- Staying up‑to‑date with technology trends
