We are seeking a System and Process Manager to support the setup and implementation of systems and operational processes for an automotive contract manufacturing project in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the implementation, integration, go-live and stabilization of SAP, WMS and SRM systems.
- Maintain material, BOM, supplier, warehouse and production master data.
- Ensure data consistency across SAP, WMS and SRM platforms.
- Support integration between SAP MM/PP/SD modules and external WMS/SRM systems.
- Work with business teams, IT teams, 3PL providers and system vendors on requirements and solution design.
- Participate in SIT/UAT testing, issue tracking and cross-functional problem resolution.
- Support 3PL warehouse, logistics and inventory process design and optimization.
- Support supplier collaboration and procurement digitalization through SRM.
- Assist with data preparation, cutover execution and on-site go-live support.
- Identify system and process issues and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive or large-scale manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of procurement, production, logistics, inventory and order fulfilment processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, WMS or SRM systems.
- Experience with master data management, including materials, BOMs, suppliers and warehouse data.
- ERP/WMS/SRM implementation, integration or go-live experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience building systems or processes from 0 to 1 is highly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish; Catalan or Chinese is a plus.
- International or cross-cultural automotive project experience is preferred.
