The Role

We are seeking a Senior Test&Validation; Engineer to join our Space Division.

In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and documentation of functional and environmental tests for photonic and RF systems designed for space applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and perform photonic and RF testing of optoelectronic components and subsystems for space missions.
- Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and verification documentation following ECSS, ESA, or equivalent standards.
- Execute environmental qualification tests including thermal cycling, vibration, EMC, and radiation.
- Analyse test results and generate technical reports to support design improvements.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across design, integration, and verification.




- Provide mentorship and technical leadership within the test laboratory.

About You

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, Photonics, or similar.
- 5-8 years of experience in photonics or RF testing, ideally within aerospace or high-reliability environments.
- Solid understanding of ECSS.
- Proficiency in test automation tools (LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English and a passion for innovation and precision engineering.
