Must-have Skills

- Cloud Computing: High technical competence; flexible on provider experience.
- Event-Driven Architecture: Solid understanding of distributed systems and message brokers.
- Databases: Strong SQL experience; NoSQL not required.
- IaC and CI/CD: Proficient in concepts and daily use of automated pipelines.
- Observability: A higher priority than scalability; code must be well-instrumented and traceable.
- Scalability:



Understands how to design systems that can grow effectively.
- Leadership: Supports and mentors junior engineers; leads smaller initiatives.
- Must communicate clearly and confidently in English .
