We're delighted to be partnering with an international organization operating in a fast-paced, matrix environment to appoint a Global IT Controller.

This is a strategically significant leadership role responsible for overseeing financial performance across a regional scope. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring financial rigor, commercial insight, and effective governance to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

The role requires a forward-thinking finance leader who can balance strategic influence with operational oversight, while leading and developing an international finance team.

Key responsibilities of the General IT Controller:

- Act as a business partner to shape business strategy, investment decisions, and performance objectives
- Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational priorities
- Deliver accurate and timely management reporting, offering actionable insight and challenge where appropriate
- Strengthen financial controls, risk management and governance frameworks
- Evaluate capital allocation, major projects, and strategic initiatives from a financial and value-creation perspective




- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability

Candidate Profile:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline
- 12+ years in progressive senior finance roles within international, multi-layered organizations
- Demonstrated success in executive-level business partnering and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong leadership background with experience managing international or remote teams
- Commercially astute with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insight
- Deep understanding of financial governance, compliance, and risk management
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage and challenge senior stakeholders
