An established digital infrastructure and real estate company operating across the Iberian Peninsula is seeking a Site Manager to lead construction delivery of new data center sites in Spain and Portugal
This organisation is a leading player in the real estate and infrastructure sector, with a diversified portfolio across offices, logistics, retail, and data centers. The company is actively driving the development of next-generation digital infrastructure, combining innovation, sustainability, and large-scale urban development expertis e.
The role focuses on the end-to-end physical development of data center sites, from land preparation and early-stage planning through to civil works, urbanisation, and building delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring sites are technically and administratively prepared for construction and successfully delivered in line with programme, budget, and regulatory requiremen ts.
This position is suited to an experienced construction site professional with a strong track record in major construction projects in Spain, particularly across civil works, urban development, or infrastructure-led bui lds.
