Responsibilities

- Drive proactive business development by identifying and securing new opportunities across Iberia, with a strong focus on customers in and around Madrid
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders, across customers, EPCs, and industry partners
- Lead strategic sales conversations that align Emerson’s value proposition with customer business goals
- Collaborate across business units to deliver integrated, high-value solutions
- Stay informed on market dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within target industries
- Conduct regular in-person customer visits to strengthen partnerships and uncover growth opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans focused on long-term value creation
- Represent Emerson with professionalism, credibility, and confidence in all customer interactions

Requirements





- Demonstrated experience in strategic sales or business development, with a strong track record of generating new business opportunities
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and lead high-level commercial discussions
- Deep understanding of the Iberian market, particularly Spain, and how to navigate key industry players
- Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English
- Willingness and ability to conduct frequent in-person customer meetings (daily visits expected)
- Strong market awareness across sectors such as industrial, energy, infrastructure, or related industries
- A proactive, self‑directed approach with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
