Responsibilities

- Managing the acquisition of telecom infrastructure assets, including cell towers, across EU markets.
- Leading acquisitions in multiple countries and supporting expansion into new jurisdictions.
- Expanding Unison’s renewable energy business across Europe by working with landowners and renewable energy developers.
- Driving transactions and contributing to business growth.
- Collaborating closely with senior management, origination, pricing, and property management teams.

Requirements

- Minimum of 10 years of legal experience in a law firm and/or renewable energy developer environment
- Strong background in renewable energy and real estate transactions
- Proficiency with Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Salesforce
- Willingness to travel across Europe
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for learning
- Proven ability to prioritize deal flow and apply sound business judgment
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills
- Multilingual proficiency preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, respect for colleagues, and a positive sense of humor.
